National Rural Electric
Cooperative Association
The National Rural Electric Cooperative Association
(NRECA) is the national service organization dedicated to representing the
national interests of consumer-owned cooperative electric utilities and
the consumers they serve.
ACES Power Marketing
ACES Power Marketing is a federation of power supply
and power marketing services, specifically designed to give electric
cooperatives the efficiencies and economies of scale necessary to compete
in today's uncertain and rapidly developing power market.
Delaware
Public Service Commission
The Public Service Commission is authorized
by the Delaware General Assembly under Title 26, Delaware Code, to
regulate investor-owned utilities and companies providing electric,
natural gas, water, telecommunications and cable services for public use
within the unincorporated areas of the State of Delaware.
Maryland Public
Service Commission
The Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) is the
state agency that regulates Maryland's public utilities.
Virginia State
Corporation Commission
The SCC acts as one of Virginia's primary
regulatory agencies, with oversight of varied business and economic
interests throughout the Commonwealth. The SCC's authority encompasses
utilities, insurance, state-chartered financial institutions, securities,
retail franchising, and railroads. The Commission also serves as the
Commonwealth's central filing office for corporations, limited
partnerships, limited liability companies, and Uniform Commercial Code
filings.
Industrial
Development Authority of Halifax County
The Industrial Authority of Halifax County, Virginia is focused on
creating new jobs and supporting existing industry in Halifax County.
IDA is the contact for all companies looking to make investment or create
jobs. Old Dominion's Clover Power Station is located in Halifax
County.
